Prepare Yourself to Participate Fully
Here are some suggestions for how to get the most benefit from your experience with this Energy-Activation / Meditation.
- Create sacred space for yourself to listen and participate. You may choose to light a candle, or have a journal at hand, or set an altar for your sacred space.
- Be willing to participate fully.
- Believe in yourself and your potential. Because you are Potent!
- Remember: Life is Full of MIRACLES!
- Do the energy exercises and practices as willingly and openly as you can.
- Share your experiences with me. What's moving, shifting, what feels stuck... A great place to share your experience, and ask questions is on Facebook.
- Tend to your body's well-being, the temple of your soul.
- Get and keep hydrated by drinking plenty of pure, clean water -- maybe with some fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
- Eat fresh foods with high nutrient value, and only as much as your body truly needs.
- Be outside in nature some time each day.
- Breathe fresh air, deeply in, and fully out.
- Plan your days and nights so that you can sleep 7-9 hours.
- Limit the time you are "on" technology.
- Release any urge to control your outcomes or the ways your desires will be realized as a result (effect) of this practice or energy-activation/meditation. And forgive yourself the urge to do so!
- Let yourself be delighted and amazed!
